Your role

As Product Marketing Lead at Kisi, you will own how we position, communicate, and market our products. You will lead the overall product launch strategy, and drive new product launches from end-to-end while maintaining the go-to-market approach for our existing product portfolio. You will lead a function of subject matter experts that deeply embed themselves in the product team, and become intimate with our customers, partners, and other key players in the industry. You will enable the sales team to bring the product to life for customers and to be value-centric in their approach. Your success will be measured on revenue and adoption metrics tied back to products. This will be a hybrid role based in our New York office.

Your responsibilities

✨ Develop industry-leading positioning and messaging for Kisi’s products and platform

📑 Maintain the core messaging framework and enable the business for consistent go-to-market communications

🏅 Build trust, retain clients, and motivate partners by delivering social proof and enablement resources including case studies and customer stories

🚀Develop and execute product launch strategies to reach our target audience and generate demand

🤝Partner closely with the product team to influence and communicate the roadmap
🧠 Become the go-to resource for industry, product, and competitive knowledge on the marketing team

📈 Increase conversions of prospects by improving the messaging, audience, and persona relevance across channels

🥾Plan and execute verticalized and segmented customer journeys
✍️ Own the process for generating, moderating, and leveraging public reviews
🏋️ Build and lead a team of highly effective product marketers

Job requirements

Your qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in SaaS or IT product-focused technical marketing, product marketing, or product owner or equivalent

  • Experience successfully launching and positioning products to an IT or B2B audience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a product marketing function and manage multiple product lines

  • Strong storytelling skills with a knack for distilling complex topics into concise communications

  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to adapt communication styles based on the audience

  • Demonstrated interest in the technical aspects of products and getting under the hood

  • Best-in-class analytical and project management skills

  • Proven methods for producing goal-oriented roadmaps and campaigns to produce business impact
