About the Role
As the Mobile & Web Product Manager at Kisi, you will be responsible for bringing highly acclaimed product value to our customers around the world, ensuring an impeccable user experience in an old-fashioned security industry ripe for major disruption. With your product team, you will be responsible for our web and mobile apps while working closely alongside our Hardware & Backend Product Managers. You are a versatile leader, hands on and have the ability to be a mentor for the teams when required. You will be setting ambitious goals with proven value and user experience in mind to lead our high performing teams and ultimately deliver quality solutions.
Embrace Kisi’s vision and participate in shaping our product roadmap and ultimately product objectives and key results
Translate product objectives into best-in-class mobile and web experiences based on clearly defined success criteria
Continuously gather insights from internal and external product stakeholders to improve the product
Track the big and the small picture, from roadmap to sprint objectives at various levels of granularity and track progress, send progress updates to stakeholders and keep KPIs up to date.
Manage your team (design, engineering, quality assurance) from conception to release for new products and features, from initial design to go-to-market in quick, iterative increments where we learn as we go
Be a true leader that builds a strong culture in- and outside the team, enabling team members to perform at their best, promoting a sense of autonomy and mastery
