About the Role

Kisi is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to help us scale our success team and processes. You will be responsible for driving adoption and retention of the platform while internally advocating for our customers and providing the ultimate customer experience. The Manager, Customer Success should be energetic, technically curious and have a strong history of both retention and expansion with previous customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Own customer retention: Build cohort analysis and identify growth drivers across different industries and verticals, support this grow with updated pricing

  • Manage expansion process: Ensure customers have a good experience expanding and manage the tools that enable it

  • Customer insights and reputation: Build case study library, specify personas and manage public facing reviews

  • Customer data: Ensure customer data quality in CRM and align with finance, sales and product teams

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven success experience and has managed a team before

  • Expert in data analysis and making data actionable

  • Solution driven sales and finance mindset

  • CRM and pricing experience

  • US or European based
