About the Role

We’re looking for a driven individual to join our growing sales team as a Channel Account Manager. This is a great opportunity to help shape our channel sales process and drive revenue through our channel partners.


Responsibilities:

Your mission is to drive business from our channel partners. To do so successfully, you will:

  • Become a product expert and provide exceptional customer service to our channel partners.

  • Manage activity of channel partners and remove inactive channel partners from the program.

  • Strengthen and foster partnerships by providing Quarterly Business Reviews to channel partners.

  • Be responsible for renewing annual reseller certifications, nurturing active resellers through outreach, training and enablement.

  • Work cross functionally with our sales, success and marketing teams to drive channel growth, e.g. through webinars, product updates and other campaigns.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years in a Channel role, preferably in the SaaS, IoT or security space

  • Demonstrated achievement of goals and quotas

  • Strong organization skills and experience using a CRM and other sales tools (e.g. Salesforce or Pipedrive)

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, including the ability to hold strategic executive conversations

  • Ability to work inter-departmentally to help optimize across the client-facing funnel
